[Combin' the Barbarian]

Hey all,
I am just needing some input for a mega update post coming soon. Some of may know that dramatic weight loss can, like stress, trigger some shedding. My question to the posters here is:

What generally constitutes a "dramatic" weight loss per month? Have any of you experienced this?

I am looking around about this, but input is always appreciated.

Well i used to weigh 150 lbs when my hair was thick. Now that its thin i weigh 125 to 130
lbs. There is definitely a correlation, I mean how many DIFFERENT things can go wrong
with your body for different causes all at once? I have like 20 different things wrong.

I had glandular fever a few months ago and lost 7kg in a week.
I'd class this as dramatic weight loss.
1kg = 2.2 pounds so thats 15.4 pounds.

Hair was the least of my worries but i didn;t really notice it get that much worse.

By the way i was 70kg (~150 pounds) dropping to 63 (~135)[size=small]

hm, i lost about 15 lbs in 3 months, due to extreme lack of sleep, with no increase in hair loss rate. I was lifting heavy weights at the time too, so that was some serious strain back then.
