Have continued to lose hair at the same steady pace the last few years.Have recently shaved it all off for convenience. It was getting tiresome applying concealer constantly.

New regimen starting next week when i get the soap - ACV rinse twice/week to cleanse scalp, magnesium spray on scalp every second day to improve circulation and decalcify follicles, scalp brushing 30 mins day with stiff rubber brush for circulation, daily use of taoist soap to wash hair and face in the shower.Read up on the taoist soap guys, its the best cleanser out there.

Will update in 6 months.

Anyone still around here?
I can post a monthly photo if you wish, showing progress either good or bad hairwise.
Kramer, you interested? Lets breathe a little life into this place.

Current hair - Norwood 3 diffuse, extensive thinning and miniturization.

Pics from April 16, 2018.Three days after a #1 cut.Indoor, natural light.
Just shaved to a #1 today so will take another pic in 3 days and post later.

Regime has been as above for past 2 months.Taoist soap daily and 20-30 mins scalp brushing daily.Have been using a medium nylon hair brush not the rubber one (for dogs). The rubber one is good if you have a #0 cut though.Magnesium spray on scalp 2-3 times a week.Haven't done the ACV rinse for ages.

Hi daver, the crown was pretty thin before. That is where the best improvement has been. The hair on top was wispier and many broke easily. Now, the diameters of the hairs are increased and i never get the dreaded scalp itch anymore.

New photos in august.

Its hard to believe a bar of soap can do anything, but ya a lot of people are claiming some success. I gave up on my hair about 5 years ago, but i will keep an eye on this.

Hi guys hair is still regrowing, vellus hairs now appearing in the receeded temple area where there was nothing before. The odd small terminal hair there now also.I estimate maybe a 1 inch recession from my original teenage hairline.

Here is a blog from a guy called JD Moyer who claimed to regrow hair via scalp massages. http://www.jdmoyer.com/2015/04/13/hair/
I prefer using the boar bristle brush, easier on the hands.I think the soap is also important to reduce inflammation.
