Well its been a month without any shampoo hitting my scalp or hair. Things are not bad, appearance wise its somtimes a bit of a challenge combing it for the outside world,to me this is one of the most difficult aspects of going with no shampoo, every day I have to scrutinze myself for going into the office. I need to go to a deserted island for 3 months and then return!.
Anyway progess I believe is progressing. Some days I have sensations withing the scalp, which by now feels sooo good. The circulation is returning and on one day after work it was one of those sunny days that with the window down it felt great with the wind blowing through my hair..what remains that is. I haven't felt that sensation for some time, which is why i mention it.
Anyway my hair density is about the same but has filled in inside the widows peak. And yes somtimes I can feel somthing like a halo, around the patch or widows peak, what that sensation equates to I don't know . But I do know that for about a year I have not felt anything there.

Well I've got to get to work now, one last thing is that i just bought some ZINC tablets, i read a bout a week ago that they can help with getting back hair or give the that you have additional strength. Time will tell on that. I do know that I do not always eat right so I believe it will at least give my body some vitamins that i might not otherwise get from eating.
good luck to those who are like me and are going through this daily rountine of grunge, up days and down days, boy do i understand!

Well Its been a little while since I last posted.
So the progess is slow, varys up and down sometimes me hair is not as greasy as other days, this I attribute to my testosorene level.
With out a doubt I need to do some sort of work that involves physical labor, working up a sweat..When I do this I can tell afterward the greasyness is gone. And circilation starts flowing.
Scalp condition has improved, I no longer am shedding or seeing hair fall out like when I used shampoo.
Circulation where my widows peak is getting better, slowly.
Hair is very slowly filling in and the scalp is now white, with that healthy appearance in my opinion that more hair will be growing out and getting thicker.
I have learned that stopping shampooing is only one of the steps to take. Exercising, and taking cold/warm showers IS WORKING!
And Yes I took pictures 2 weeks ago and will use them to go against what happens as the months go by.
I have a long way to go, it's extremly slow..however I am rejuvenated by the progress and am forever gratefull for this site.
My hair regrowth is a FACT and I'm no longer as self concience of my damn bad hair...Screw wearing a hat..
It really pisses me off, however like I said I'm extremly gratfull for finding this site. I never, ever would have attempted to do this without reading what other people have said here.
It is clear that everyone's bio cycles are different hence why on this forum some have quicker success then others do. That people are years into this is testimony that if you hang in there your scalp will improve and I believe hair will grow back.
