A+ Certification

Preparation for the future

The A+ Certification is the industry standard in recognizing the information technology professional's ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software related issues in a vendor neutral setting. Students are also trained for successful customer service skills. For one to be A+ Certified, he or she must pass two exams, one consisting of core hardware installation and troubleshooting and the Microsoft Windows/DOS exam. StaffMark Training Center's A+ Certification course is a 4-week training course that consists of two weeks of classroom instruction, one week of lab and one week of exam preparation. This program has seen excellent success in both preparing students for the work force in this chosen field and for the more advance technologies of the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer program.
