and provide us with the information necessary to process your request. An electronic
form is provided to simplify the process. Click on "Contact" on the side bar to
the left to access the form.
Phase One: We will review your request, contact you, make a rough draft and present a cost
estimate for your pre-approval. The rough draft will be available online and a contract with cost
details will be mailed to you.
Phase Two: Upon your acceptance of the rough draft, and your first deposit, we will continue
to write the balance of your web pages and post our progress for your approval. You will be
notified by e-mail of the postings and given an address to view the work in progress.
Phase Three: As we approach the mid-term completion of your site, you will be given a new
location to view your new web site and the current amount due. Upon your approval and receipt of
payment, the final phase of the project will begin.
Phase Four: The finalization of your web site. We will complete the web site and upon final
payment, the work will be mailed to you on a CD-ROM (IBM\PC Format) for your convenience. You may
then upload to the web site address of your choice. If you prefer, the files can be compressed
(zip format) and e-mailed to you, or with your permission, we will upload the site for you.
